SHIPPING POLICY
CURRENTLY WE ONLY SHIP TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES.
Flat rate shipping & handling is $8.60 for customers in Canada and $6.50 for customers in the USA.
All Ontario orders will be shipped through Canada Post, Chit Chat Express or PUDO. USA orders will be shipped primarily through USPS.
Shipping costs for all items in our Shoes and Outerwear categories are based on a flat rate combined with per item costs (currently $0.50 per item). Your total shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 days for standard shipping delivery to arrive.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Orders shipping within Canada
A tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped. If package is being delivered within Canada and shipped via Chit Chat Express, a tracking number will be provided 24 hours after order has been marked “Completed” on the Order Status page, with the exception of orders shipping to the province of British Columbia (BC). Orders shipping to BC will have a tracking number provided 3 days after order has been marked “Completed”. Chit Chat Express tracking page can be found here.
Orders shipped using Canada Post will have a tracking number immediately after order is marked “Completed” on the Order Status page. This tracking number will be emailed to customer after order is completed. Canada Post tracking page can be found here.
Orders shipping outside Canada
Orders being shipped outside of Canada will have a tracking number provided after order has been marked “Completed” on the Order Status page. Packages will normally be shipped via USPS.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is now available for all Canada orders totaling $75 or more and USA orders totaling $65 or more. (Order total is calculated after all discounts are applied. Order total MUST be over $65 BEFORE shipping charges are added to be eligible for free shipping.) Free Shipping orders will normally take 3 to 9 business days for delivery.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable due to incorrect address entered during checkout, refused by the recipient, failed delivery attempt or item was not picked up from the Post Office, please note that Adorable Stuff is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable. No refund will be issued for the merchandise in these orders. However, you will be fully responsible for the cost of reshipping your order to you.
