RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make your shopping experience a great one, but due to our low prices and the high cost of return shipping, all sales are final. We inspect the items before shipping to ensure that they are up to par with the product description. If any of the products have flaws, it will be mentioned in the description so that the customer knows upfront the condition of the product. If requested, we can provide additional photos, measurements or more detailed descriptions on the products you are interested in purchasing.

An exception is made for exchanges only. Exchanges can be done within 7 days after receiving your order along with your receipt. Items must be in the original state in which you received them: unworn, unwashed & unaltered. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to be exchanged and for reshipping the new item selected. Please note that jewelry and accessories are not exchangeable.

Items purchased during a clearance, mark down or sales event cannot be exchanged.

 

REFUND POLICY

Please note that all sales are final. No cash refunds will be granted. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
